Community Centre Notices

Welcome to Riverside Community Centre. The centre is open from 6.30 am to 10.00 pm on weekdays, and from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm at weekends. All visitors must sign in at reception and wear a visitor badge while in the building. Gym membership includes free access to all group exercise classes, except for the specialist yoga workshops on Saturday mornings, which carry an additional fee of $8 per session. Members may bring one guest per visit; guests pay a day rate of $12 and must be accompanied at all times. The swimming pool is closed for maintenance on the first Monday of every month. During school holidays, children under 14 may use the pool between 9.00 am and midday only, and must be supervised by an adult. Lane swimming for adults is available every evening from 7.00 pm. Lockers are available in all changing rooms. A refundable $2 coin deposit is required. The centre accepts no responsibility for items left in unlocked lockers. Lost property is kept at reception for four weeks, after which unclaimed items are donated to charity. Car parking is free for the first two hours and $3 per hour thereafter. Members attending classes of more than two hours can have their ticket validated at reception for a full day of free parking.
